cast
1.投射（光，视线，阴影）
I cast a glance out the window. 我向窗外看了一眼
2.扔，投掷
The naughty boy cast a stone at the window. 这个调皮的男孩向窗子扔了一块石头
3.选..扮演.. 让..扮演（角色）
She was cast in the movie as mother. 她被选派扮演母亲的角色
The director cast him as Hamlett 导演让他扮演哈姆雷特
4.施...法术（游戏里最常用）
I cast a spell on you. 我对你施了一个魔法
